Terms of sale

You declare that you have read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale before placing your order. Confirmation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. All photos ordered will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

Once your order has been paid for, the photos you receive will be watermark-free, in JPEG format, with a minimum image size of 13 megapixels, and free to use for private purposes.

Postal items are sent by priority mail when available – internationally only.

How to order

Select your photos by clicking on them, and they will be added to your shopping cart.

Go to your order, refine your selection, and then choose a package that corresponds to the number of images you have. Update, order.

The country of delivery is only required to calculate the price of postal shipments.

Fill in the form, accept our terms and conditions of sale, confirm.

Prices

Prices are in euro (€) and inclusive of all taxes – VAT 20 %.
Shipping costs are 5,00 € for mainland France, and 8,00 € for other territories.

Downloadable files

Standard JPEG, minimum 13 megapixels. Examples of formats are available on the dedicated page.

Please double-check your email address when placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within an hour, check your spam folder. If it is not there, please send us an email so that we can check.

Delivery time is one to three days, except in exceptional circumstances (weekends) indicated on the website. Please allow an additional two to three days for delivery by mail..

Email orders contain a link that will allow you to download your images for one month.

Our email () may end up in your spam or junk folder.

Payment

Please place your order on our website. This facilitates processing and avoids any misunderstanding.

Credit card Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard.
Payments are made on the secure platform Cawl Crédit Agricole, 3D Secure, which will validate your payment. At no time do we collect information about your payment card.

French cheques or transfers
A summary will provide you with an order number to be noted on the back of the cheque or in the description of your bank transfer
